Increase Strength: Strengthening your body in preparation for the demands of childbirth and motherhood.

Reduce Stress and Anxiety: Cultivating a serene and centered mindset amidst the changes and uncertainties of pregnancy.

Improve Sleep: Providing techniques to enhance the quality of your sleep, vital for the rejuvenation and restoration of both body and mind.

Alleviate Lower Back Pain: Offering relief from the common discomforts associated with pregnancy, promoting comfort and mobility.

Our classes include focused breathing practices and healthy movement patterns, empowering you with invaluable tools for birth.

In our nurturing and supportive environment, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other expecting mothers, fostering a sense of community as you navigate this shared journey.

Shauna took her first yoga class back in 2011 to help handle the usual life stresses. She fell in love with yoga instantly. This was the start of a long journey in self discovery, self confidence and the love of helping others. This is also when she started to dream of becoming a yoga teacher.

Shauna attended the Moksha Yoga Teacher Training in Nicaragua in January 2016. The experience not only deepened her practice but also opened her up to so many amazing new people and ideas.

Shauna places importance on making sure her students feel comfortable and safe in her classes. She always encourages laughter and the openness to ask questions before, during and after class as well. “Yoga has brought me such a great sense of peace and self love. My goal is for my students to never feel the need for perfection in any aspect. I want them to see and feel their strength, self confidence and self love grow with every class.”
