As Coronavirus has become an evolving and uncertain public health issue affecting people globally and close to home, we want to reassure you that nothing is more important than the health, safety and well-being of our customers and our team here at Serenity Birth Studio.

As part of regular operating procedures, our location follows best practices to ensure a clean and safe environment. We take pride in the excellent service and comfort that we deliver at our customers to ensure you have the best experience possible.

At this time, we are open for business, however under reduced hours – effective Wednesday March 18

• Tuesday – Saturday @ 10am-2pm (closed Sundays & Mondays)

RETAIL SHOPPING

We understand that you still need to stock essentials for everyday living for your soon to be baby, children and family.  We have added the following options to best meet the current needs:

• Curb-side pickup to limit your exposure
  • Shop & payment by phone, call us when you reach our parking lot!
  • Shop & payment on our website, select “local pickup” option
• Free local delivery to Barrie & Midhurst addresses
• Free shipping locally & across Canada on orders $35+ (serenitybirthstudio.com/shop)

Ways we are taking action:

• Additional hand sanitizer stations have been added in both our store & studio for use, in addition to our 2 washrooms with accessible hand washing stations.
• Increased frequency of disinfection and cleaning of high-touch areas.
• Touch-free payment option in our store.
• Following recommended every day healthy actions and our Team who appear symptomatic to stay home.

PROGRAMS

We are working to send direct communication to all Program Registrants with regards to the program(s) you are currently attending or set to attend.  We are taking measures on a program by program basis, please check your Inbox for further information.

TREATMENTS

Please work directly with your practitioner if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
