Beyond the Bump Class

This two hour class is designed to help you plan and prepare for the “fourth trimester” postpartum period.
We’ll answer all of your questions about what to expect for the first few weeks after giving birth, including:
- physical recovery
- emotional recovery
- mental health
- self-care
- baby care
- feeding
You’ve likely planned for your baby’s birth, now it’s time to prepare for the postpartum! You won’t be left saying “Why didn’t anyone tell me that?”

Meet Amy
Amy is a wife, mother of one, and step-mom of one. She has two small dogs that love to sit on her lap. Amy’s day starts and ends with a cup of tea. Amy loves crafting and wishes she had more time for creating. She is a “homebody” who loves to spend time doing activities, such as paddle boarding or a bike ride with her family.
Amy has worked in education for over 20 years but has shifted her passion for children and educating into postpartum Doula support! She helps families navigate their 4th Trimester with professionalism, compassion and valuable resources and information.

Meet Elizabeth
I’m a a birth doula and have a passion for providing postpartum education and support. I want to raise awareness of maternal health issues, and empower women to advocate for birth choices, to help them create positive birth memories, and to support families of all kinds in their journeys.
Elizabeth is a wife and a mother of two daughters, two dogs and two cats. She is continually learning in order to support other families. She must start each day with two cups of coffee, and in her “spare time” loves to read and garden. Elizabeth works hard so that she always has a next adventure planned.
