Infant and Child CPR Program

We hope you never need to use CPR or have your infant choke, but having the knowledge of what to do and how to react can save your little one’s life and put your mind at ease.
 
This workshop will provide you with the most up to date and evidence-based information for how to perform CPR and what to do if your child is choking including the difference between choking and gagging.
 
We will cover a variety of ways to learn how to handle an emergency, including instruction, discussions and a hands on approach to learn CPR & choking so that you leave your feeling prepared.
 
This is a non-certificate course.

Jenny

Jenny is a registered nurse, lactation counselor and sleep coach and is certified from Action First Aid.  She has been a paediatric RN for over 15 years and is passionate about making this parenting gig easier for the entire family.

She has two busy boys and is a full-time Hockey  mom. Jenny is here to help support you through motherhood & caregiving with evidence-based information, education and a lot of empathy.
