Quiet your mind and release stress with this gentle Mom and Baby yoga class, designed to implements the benefits of yoga for both mom and baby.

Our classes are centered around Community & Connection while helping you ease back into a movement routine in the postpartum period.  Our movement sequences are gentle & safe while also offering the opportunity for more challenging poses.  Help regain strength and mobility, stretch and tone your muscles.

These classes are designed for all ability levels, no experience necessary.

Shauna took her first yoga class back in 2011 to help handle the usual life stresses. She fell in love with yoga instantly. This was the start of a long journey in self discovery, self confidence and the love of helping others. This is also when she started to dream of becoming a yoga teacher. 

Shauna attended the Moksha Yoga Teacher Training in Nicaragua in January 2016. The experience not only deepened her practice but also opened her up to so many amazing new people and ideas.   

Shauna places importance on making sure her students feel comfortable and safe in her classes. She always encourages laughter and the openness to ask questions before, during and after class as well. “Yoga has brought me such a great sense of peace and self love. My goal is for my students to never feel the need for perfection in any aspect. I want them to see and feel their strength, self confidence and self love grow with every class.”
