Our prenatal yoga class series is designed to prepare your mind, heart and body for motherhood. Prenatal Yoga can support you in many ways including:
- increase strength
- reduce stress and anxiety
- improve sleep, and
- decrease lower back pain.
This series will help you prepare for labor with focused breathing, healthy movement and stretching.

All abilities and Trimesters welcome.
Please Note, it is advisable to wait until your first trimester is passed to begin Prenatal yoga.

Shauna took her first yoga class back in 2011 to help handle the usual life stresses. She fell in love with yoga instantly. This was the start of a long journey in self discovery, self confidence and the love of helping others. This is also when she started to dream of becoming a yoga teacher.
Shauna attended the Moksha Yoga Teacher Training in Nicaragua in January 2016. The experience not only deepened her practice but also opened her up to so many amazing new people and ideas.
Shauna places importance on making sure her students feel comfortable and safe in her classes. She always encourages laughter and the openness to ask questions before, during and after class as well. “Yoga has brought me such a great sense of peace and self love. My goal is for my students to never feel the need for perfection in any aspect. I want them to see and feel their strength, self confidence and self love grow with every class.”
