- Girl, you need to chill. Don’t we hate when people tell us to chill?! The reality is – if someone is telling us we need to chill, we probably do! This blend helps support the nervous system when we are battling anxiety and stress. So chill, and have a moment for you!
- Ingredients: anise seeds, spearmint, nettle leaf, chamomile, rose petals, skullcap, raspberry leaf, catnip, licorice root
- Instructions: steep 1 heaping tbsp in 250mL of boiled water for 5-7 minutes
NEW MOM VIBES
