A CONSCIOUS AND PRESENT APPROACH TO BIRTH

Learn how to create a safe space to give birth in this in-person, comprehensive small group class. This one-of-a-kind series will teach you how to navigate a birth experience that feels right to you, no matter how or where you give birth.

It uncovers fears associated with birth and brings a connection to the mind and body. We also discuss informed choice, evidence-based practices, comfort measures, and planning for the postpartum period in a patient/birther/partner centered modality.


Goals of the Program/Big Takeaways:

  1. Patient/Partner centered care that focuses on navigating ALL your options for a safe birth that feels right to you
  2. Becoming mindful and informed in order to make planning for birth and the postpartum more manageable
  3. Remove fear, increase confidence for birth and postpartum 

Plan to start your series anytime after your first trimester.

  1. Detailed program summary, covering all the content you learn in this program.

WHEN:

  • Weeknight series, 6:30-9:00pm (3 weeks)
  • Weekend Intensive: Saturday & Sunday, 9:30am start time (total of 8hr spread over 2 days)

COST:

  • ONLINE: $125 +hst
  • IN PERSON, EARLY BIRD RATE: $199+hst *new reduced rate!–> valid for registration more than 3 weeks before the start date.
  • IN PERSON, REGULAR RATE: $225 +hst
