Group Prenatal Classes

Serenity Birth Studio group prenatal classes to prepare for birth.

We are excited to bring back our small group, in person prenatal classes in the Serenity studio space this August!

Looking for Group Prenatal classes that take place outside of a hospital setting?  This complete prenatal course will prepare you for birth and baby, reduce anxiety and build confidence.

We will cover everything from stages of labour, coping techniques, caring for a newborn and infant feeding. The goal of this course is to prepare expectant parents by providing evidence-based information and support to ensure that, regardless of where or how you choose to give birth, you feel confident and prepared.

Plan to start your series anytime after your first trimester.

We are here to support your prenatal education in the midst of COVID-19.  We understand navigating the birth space right now is very daunting and we want to make sure you can make the right decisions for you to feel comfortable and confident despite these circumstances.
