Group Prenatal Classes

Our Prenatal Classes will provide you with a wealth of information about pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding and baby care to support you in actively participating in your birth. Birth partners will be provided with a variety of techniques to support you during childbirth as having an educated & prepared support person is vital to your overall experience.
We will cover everything from stages of labour, coping techniques, caring for a newborn and infant feeding. The goal of this course is to prepare expectant parents by providing evidence-based information and support to ensure that, regardless of where or how you choose to give birth, you feel confident and prepared.
Plan to start your series anytime after your first trimester.
We are here to support your prenatal education in the midst of COVID-19. We understand navigating the birth space right now is very daunting and we want to make sure you can make the right decisions for you to feel comfortable and confident despite these circumstances. With this is mind, and the evolving landscape of our communities opening back up, we have created more options for delivering our Private Prenatal Classes – in person or virtual.
Please Note: Starting Monday March 21st, mask mandates in Ontario are being lifted. We will continue to be a mask friendly place should you choose to continue to wear a mask.
