Happy Baby Yoga (Newborn to Sitting)
This unique approach to yoga is a program designed for babies. We will be exploring the use of baby massage, touch, simple songs and developmentally-safe movements to foster trust, confidence and bonding with your baby. This class will guide parents through a sequence of gentle poses to support baby’s digestion, promote better sleep and more. Parents will learn how to use these simple, but effective poses at home or on the go for a content and happy baby.
No yoga experience required. All you need to do is breathe, love & move!

What to Bring:
- Come dressed in comfortable clothes. Both babies and parents will be moving their bodies.
- Yoga mat (we have some you can borrow)
- 30 minutes of Happy Baby Yoga
- 12:15-12:45pm, Thursdays
