We hope you never need to use CPR or have your infant choke, but having the knowledge of what to do and how to react can save your little one’s life and put your mind at ease.

We are excited to welcome The Mama Coach Jenny Carrier, a Registered Nurse and certified by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada to provide you with the most up to date and evidence-based information for how to perform CPR and what to do if your child is choking.

This workshop covers a variety of ways to learn how to handle an emergency, including instruction, discussions and a hands on approach to learn CPR & choking so that you leave your feeling prepared.

* please note all mannequins are fulling sanitized prior to use.  We have enough mannequins so that no sharing occurs unless you are within the same household.
