Mom & Baby Yoga

Quiet your mind and release stress with this gentle Mom & Baby yoga class, designed to implement the benefits of yoga for both mom and baby.  

Our unique Mom & Baby class involves a yoga portion for mom, designed to ease you back into your fitness routine using a gentle flow of safe and challenging poses to help you regain strength and flexibility, stretch and tone muscle. It also includes a “yoga” portion for baby, which will guide parents through a sequence of gentle poses for babies designed to support digestion, promote better sleep and more.  Each week has a different theme customized to encourage and support you in your new role, gain confidence, love your postnatal body & bond with your baby.  

* All yoga abilities welcome. 

Moms are encouraged to wait until 6 week postpartum to begin a new fitness regime.  

Recommended for pre-mobile babies.

  • Come dressed in comfortable clothes.  Both babies and parents will be moving their bodies.
  • Yoga mat (we have some you can borrow)
