Postnatal Nutrition and Healthy Mom Meal Prep

This 4 class, workshop series focuses on helping moms make appropriate dietary choices in the post partum phase, for nursing and non-nursing moms. Two Classes are Theory based with an emphasis on healing, blood sugar stability, energy levels and eating healthy with limited time. Two Classes are food Prep, all materials are provided.

Length: 45 min to 1-hour sessions


  • Week 1: Postnatal Nutrition (Eating for a healthy mom and baby)
  • Week 2: Raw Protein Balls
  • Week 3: Postnatal Nutrition (Menu Planning, Energy and Blood Sugar Stabilization)
  • Week: 4 Overnight Oats and Freezer Bag Smoothies
