Prenatal Yoga

IN PERSON CLASSES returning September 2021

Our prenatal yoga class series is designed to prepare your mind, heart and body for motherhood.  Prenatal Yoga can support you in many ways including:

  • increase strength
  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • improve sleep, and
  • decrease lower back pain.

This series will help you prepare for labor with focused breathing, healthy movement and stretching.

Join other Mamas-to-be in our nurturing & connecting environment.

All abilities and Trimesters welcome. 

Please Note…..
It is advisable to wait until your first trimester is passed to begin Prenatal yoga

– Wear loose, comfortable clothing
– Bring a yoga mat (or borrow one of ours)
– Avoid eating a big meal before prenatal yoga
– Bring hydration

Ashlea Weber teaching mom and baby yoga

When Ashlea is not teaching baby sign language, you can find her on the yoga mat.  A yoga lover for over twenty years, and certified yoga instructor (350 hours), she has taught many different styles (including prenatal/postnatal yoga). 

She actively practiced yoga through out both of her pregnancies and believes it helped prepare her mind and body for the beautiful journey of motherhood.
