At Serenity Birth Studio and Babyshop, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item(s), we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange for items purchased in-store or online.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care items (e.g. breast pumps, nursing pads, etc)
  • Nursing bras and underwear
  • Opened or used baby bottles, pacifiers, and feeding accessories
  • Cloth Diapers and inserts
  • Swim Diapers and Swimwear
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Consignment maternity and nursing wear.

How to Return In-Store Purchases

  • Visit Us: Bring your item(s) along with your receipt to our store. Our team will assist you in processing your return or exchange.
  • Exchange or Refund: You can choose to exchange the item or receive a refund via your original method of payment.

How to Return Online Purchases

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 705-725-0990 to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product, subject to availability. For online purchases, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Refunds

In-Store Purchases: Refunds for items returned in-store will be processed immediately through the original method of payment.

Online Purchases: Refunds for online purchases will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Exceptions

Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Serenity Birth Studio Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Serenity Birth Studio Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Serenity Birth Studio Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Serenity Birth Studio Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
