A NEW FAMILY FRIENDLY FITNESS CLASS @ SERENITY BIRTH STUDIO
Looking for a fun way to get fit with your little one? Squats & Tots is the perfect solution! This dynamic class is designed for toddlers and preschoolers (and their caregivers!), offering a unique blend of fitness, fun, and connection. 45-minute of easy-to-follow, low-intensity cardio and strength moves together. Think gentle squats, playful lunges, and arm movements that will get your heart pumping and your little one giggling. Using bands, body weight and the best, your little ones!
These exercises are adaptable for all fitness levels, so whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or just starting your fitness journey, you’ll feel comfortable and energized, all while spending quality time with your child.
Squats & Tots is more than just exercise! We include engaging games to keep things exciting and interactive. Imagine playing “follow the leader” with silly walks and animal imitations. These activities not only make fitness fun, but also help develop your child’s gross motor skills, coordination, and social skills as you both get moving. Recommended age group: 12-36 months, but exercises can be done with children 3 months and up!

Hi, I’m Judit! I am a mom of 3, with a lifelong battle of wellness wars…
After decades of yoyo dieting, self-esteem and body image struggles, I experienced how important physical fitness was for mental health, and was very much impacted by the power of having a community and support behind me.
It became my purpose to show other moms that change is possible, and self-care is not only needed but can be lifesaving!
Today I advocate for women who neglect to claim their time, who forget that they matter the most!
I love teaching women to get mentally and physically strong and now I am able to do that in a family setting, showing how fun it can be to take care of ourselves when we do it together!
