Has your child ever thrown a tantrum or melted down and you had no idea why?  Have you ever found yourself wondering how to calm your upset child while they were screaming for that treat they wanted?

Do you ever find yourself dealing with a repetitive cycle of behaviour and wonder how you can change it?

Join our “Tantrums vs. Meltdowns” workshop, where we will take a deep dive into tantrums & meltdowns.

During this workshop, you will learn about the 4 behaviour levels, how to distinguish between tantrums & meltdowns, and you will also walk away with some strategies, tips & tricks for to implement with your child.

Ariela Koldorf has been a dedicated professional in the social services field since 2004, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the community.  Ariela’s commitment to professional development is evident through her certifications, which include Dual Diagnosis, ABA & CBT certifications. Beyond professional development certifications, she is a certified CPI instructor, DBT facilitator, and life coach.
Ariela’s professional journey began by supporting dual-diagnosed adolescents and adults in a treatment-supported living program. Ariela later transitioned to a role in a local school board, spending 10 years as an Intervention Support Worker, supporting classroom teams to build staff capacity in working with the board’s most complex students.
Ariela’s mission is to help families & professional care providers understand their loved one’s challenging behaviour and unique needs while guiding and supporting them along their caregiving journey.
