Strong Foundations Series

Strong Foundations is a 6-week, small-group rehab program for moms starting as early as 4 weeks postpartum. Led by a pelvic health physiotherapist, this program helps you safely restore function, rebuild strength, and reconnect with your body, both physically and mentally after birth.

This is NOT a bounce-back plan or just another mommy & me fitness class.This is real rehab and support designed for your postpartum body.

Perfect for You If:

  • You’re at least 4 weeks up to 6 months postpartum

  • You’re experiencing leakage, heaviness, pain, or weakness

  • You’re ready to reconnect with your body, gently and intentionally

  • You want expert rehab guidance and real emotional support

  • You want to feel strong, grounded, and capable in motherhood

  • You want to focus on how you feel not how you look

  • You want to prioritize your own recovery

How to Book:

  1. Click the “book now” button.
  2. Select Practitioner (Kyla Hotham)
  3. On left navigation panel, select “strong foundations”.
  4. Click on the calendar, September 24 @ 9:30am purple block
  5. Create your profile and you’re done!  Kyla will connect with you for further information such as booking an initial assessment for any new patients and other preparation steps (if applicable)

My name is Kyla Hotham and I am an Orthopedic and Pelvic Health physiotherapist, a postpartum fitness coach and a mom of two

I have had my own pelvic health concerns and I can relate 1000% to the struggles you face. That is exactly why I dove head first into women’s health with a mission to impact the lives of us as many women as possible.

I am passionate about all things exercise. From strength training, to yoga, to running, and everything in between. I believe movement is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle and love to help people return to activities they love.

I take a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on the whole person not just the injury. I value honest and open communication and believe education is a powerful tool to help inspire change.

This means focusing on individualized treatment plans which emphasize education and exercises that match your goals and lifestyle.

My mission is to help motivate and empower you to be an active participant in your health journey.
