Nurturing You & Your Baby in the First 12 Weeks
The first weeks after birth can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Our 4th Trimester Mom & Newborn Baby class is a 6-week series designed for parents with babies from birth to 12 weeks, offering expert guidance, emotional support, and real-life solutions during this important transition.
This class creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share experiences, ask questions, and connect with other new parents while learning how to support your baby’s development and your own physical and emotional recovery.
Every baby – and every parent – is unique, and this series is designed to support you whether this is your first or fourth child. Save when you bundle with our popular Prenatal Class!
